Shrimp o'Fire

Spicy asian shrimp 10min 4-6 Ingredients 2 pounds large or extra large peeled & devained shrimp about 2tbs oil 1/4 cup sambal 3-4 cloves garlic minced 1 small onion diced 1 orange zested and juiced 1 tbsp fresh ginger chopped fine 1/2 cp ketchup soy sauce to taste 2 Tbs brown sugar 1 tsp sesame oil 1tbsp cilantro chopped fine Directions Stir fry onions, garlic and ginger for about 2 minutes, add ketchup ,orange zest,soy sauce to taste and about 1/2 orange juice-add shimp and cook until they start to turn pink, add sambal, rest of orange juice ,sugar, cilantro and sesame oil to finish. Serve w/white or brown rice.
