This is excellent pesto, and so versatile. Use it on grilled sandwiches, as a quick taco toss, bruschetta base, pasta toss, or it can be used with pork, chicken, turkey, beef, and use this as a flavoring in any wrapped sandwich. No limits to using this pesto. 0 1/2 cup Ingredients 1 cup fresh cilantro ½ cup fresh parsley ½ cup fresh mint ½ cup fresh shredded asiago cheese 3 tablespoons toasted pecan pieces 1 teaspoon salt 2 garlic cloves 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded & sliced 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice Directions 1. Place cilantro, parsley, mint, cheese, pecans, salt, garlic, and jalapeno in food processor bowl. Process until chopped fine and well blended. Scrape down the sides of the processor bowl as needed. 2. With the food processor turned on, pour in the olive oil and lime juice. Process until well blended. 3. Ready to use now or transfer to a medium bowl, cover and put in the refrigerator for later use.
