Grind up 1 1/2 lbs. on Serloin steak ,1 lb. chrisso,Holipnia, 2 eggs, add spices and mix, add bread crumbs and mix. Heat grill to high to sear burgers, reduce the heat and check to desired doness, medium grill onions and add blue cheese.
Assemble with grilled toasted garlic buns. ENJOY
