Southwestern Salsa

Easy and delicious salsa that is great on it's own served with tortilla chips or used to top your favorite Mexican Dish or even scrambled eggs. None 4 to 6 Ingredients 1 - 14-1/2 ounce can stewed tomatoes 1/4 white onion 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin 1/2 teaspoon sugar 1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice 1 Tablespoons fresh cilantro Sliced fresh jalapenos to taste I usually use two to three if they are not too large Directions Combine all ingredients in a food processor until lightly pureed. Keeps best in the refrigerator and won't last long once you try it. I normally double this recipe to start, so I don't run out so fast.
