Healthy, quick, one pot lunch or dinner item. Contains two servings of vegatables. 10-15 minutes 6 servings Ingredients 3 cups frozen spinach 2 cans small artichoke hearts quartered 1 cup dry pasta - your choice 1 cup chicken stock 2 cups alfredo sauce Directions Using Wolfgang Puck rice cooker, add pasta, chicken stock, artichoke hearts, spinach, and alfredo sauce. Push cook button. In aproximately 10 minutes your dinner is ready, stir and serve. Since there is no meat item, temperature should reach a serving temperture of 145 degrees F.
