Ingredients
3 Rib Eye Steaks
Italian Dressing
Red Onion, cut into strips
Raw Spinach, cleaned and rinsed
Hard Boiled Egg and Bacon Bits

Directions
I marinated three rib eye steaks in Italian Dressing. I threw them on the grill pan and got the beautiful grill lines/marks.

Meanwhile, I made a spinach salad and I used th eother end of the grill pan to roast onions in a blasamic glaze.
