This is my heart healthy shell-less fish taco. It has all the flavor and color of a fish taco with out all the mess and fat! 15 minutes 4 people Ingredients 4 pieces of wide, flat white fish of choice I like sole or tilapia 4 Tbsp bread crumbs 1 lime cut in half Olive oil for the grill Stove Top Sauce Ingredients Splash of hot sauce 1/8 tsp of Adobo Seasoning 1/8 Tbsp of butter 1 Tbsp guacamole 1 red pepper and 2 small jalapenos diced ½ cup purple cabbage and fresh cilantro White Sauce Mixture 1 cup mayonnaise, 1 tsp Adobo seasoning, 2 Tbsp lemon juice, ¼ cup milk Directions Lay fish flat and add a thin layer of white sauce mixture on entire fish. Put 1 Tbsp of bread crumbs per piece of fish just on right half Fold top part of fish over and place on olive oiled grill or skillet While the fish is cooking, soften up the jalapenos and pepper in the butter and add the remaining white sauce. Add guacamole, hot sauce, and Adobo seasoning. Turn stove to low heat and let simmer until fish is done. Cut the lime in half and put on the grill for a minute or two. Take fish off and put on a serving plate and pour the sauce on top of the fish and add cabbage and cilantro on top of the sauce and garnish with the lime.
