Strawberries Romanoff

The perfect end to a meal or just because! 0 min 5 Ingredients -1/2 quart Heavy Whipping cream -4oz sour cream -4 tbs, 1/4c Dark Rum seperated -5 tbs, 4 tbs sugar seperated -1 c orange juice not from concentrate -Dark chocolate shavings -2 baskets of strawberries Directions 1. In a large bowl whisk together the heavy cream, sour cream, 4 tbs rum and 5 tbs sugar until liquid slightly thickens 2. Cover and refridgerate 3. In a seperate container with a lid half or quarter the strawberries removing the green tops 4. Marinate the strawberries with the orange juice, 1/4 c dark rum, and 4tbs of sugar 5. Put lid on container and shake all ingredients careful not to bruise the strawberries 6. Let both containers marinate overnight 7. Keep cool until ready to serve 8. Spoon strawberries into martini glasses or small dessert bowls draining the liquid 9. Generously spoon the cream romanoff sauce on the top letting it seep through the strawberries 10. Gently shave some chocolate on the top or each serving 12. Serve as a dessert or snack
