Stuffed chicken breasts with bacon and jack cheese. 12 mins. 4 servings Ingredients 4 thawed chicken breasts 4 Thick slices of Monterey Jack cheese 8 Slices of Pre-cooked Bacon Montreal Steak Seasoning Directions Take each of the four chicken breasts and cut a "pocket" into them. Otherwise known as butterfly, without cutting all the way thru. Insert 2 slices of bacon and 1 slice of cheese in each breast. To keep closed, you can use a toothpick, just remember to remove once they are finished cooking. Sprinkle both sides of each breast with the steak seasoning. You should be able to fit 2 breasts in one rocket grill bag and cook for 12 minutes. Chicken comes out gorgeous with grill marks and tastes awesome!
