Stuffing Bread

Yield: 1 loaf

Ingredients:  
4 cups leftover holiday stuffing
3 whole eggs, beaten
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
1/4 cup freshly chopped herbs (rosemary, thyme, basil, etc.)
1 to 2 cups chicken broth

Directions:
  1. In a large mixing bowl combine the stuffing, eggs, cream, garlic and herbs.
  2. Add enough chicken broth to moisten the mixture and bind the dough.
  3. Pack the mixture into a loaf pan.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°F.
  5. Let cool completely before slicing.
