Sugar Butter cookies
 
Ingredients:
1 cup softened butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 egg + 1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon almond extract
3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
Dash of salt
 
Directions:
  1. Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Mix together butter and sugar.
  3. Add egg mixture, vanilla extract, and almond extract to butter and sugar mixture, mix.
  4. Add flour and dash of salt. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are slightly brown.
