Anyone one can make this family favorite, perfect for pot lucks! 60- 90 minutes 10 servings Ingredients 2 lbs meat 1 lb Ground Sirloin,1 lb bulk Italian Sausage 2 Good Size Green Peppers large diced 2 Good size Yellow Onion large diced 2 15 oz Cans Italian Style Stewed Tomatoes 2 15 oz Cans Mexican Style Stewed Tomatoes 2 15 oz Cans Tomato Sauce 2 15 oz Cans Kidney Beans drained & rinsed 2 Packets McCormick Chili Seasoning 4-6 Tbsp Minced Garlic Ground Ceyanne Papper Chili Seasoning Garlic Salt Directions In a large stockpot brown all meat do not drain, add chopped onion, green pepper and minced garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender if needed drain now. Add chili seasoning packets, stir well. Take stewed tomatoes and dump into large bowl, break up with your fingers. Add the tomatoes, tomatoe sauce, and beans to stock pot. Simmer about 60-90 minutes adding chili powder, garlic salt, and ground ceyanne to taste. We garnish with Mexican style grated cheese, sour cream and diced onions and eat with buttered town house crackers or French bread.
