with this toaster. We got this to replace an aging toaster as the heating elements were broken or not working properly which created uneven toast.
The heating elements on this new toaster right out-of-box didn't work. One side of the toast was semi soft and the other had burnt edges.
I only gave this "deluxe" toaster a 2 because it was very large and appeared well made, plus the brushed stainless top and black sides looked great in our kitchen. The left side of the toaster had a bagel/defrost feature and the lifts were great for smaller items but at this price point there shouldn't have been a thing wrong with any "feature." I sent this back immediately !!

Solid construction, large enough to accommodate the largest bagel you may have. It is a large appliance, so you'll enough counter space to leave out or enough cabinet storage to fit into when not in use. Would recommend as an excellent shower or wedding gift with confidence.

I REC'D THIS TOASTER AND I MUST SAY I AM TRULY IN LOVE WITH IT. WE USED IT TO TOAST BAGELS AND WHAT A GREAT JOB IT DID. I AM STILL GETTING USE TO THE SIZE. IT IS A LARGE TOASTER SO IT WILL TAKE UP SOME ROOM. I ALSO LIKE IT BECAUSE IT SIT AT AN ANGLE. GRATE BUY FOR THE PRICE
