My wok came with some defects in the inside enamel finish. I''m not going to use it with the supplied metal tools again. I tried and it scratched the finish with light use. I think wood or another softer utensil would be best. It seems to work best after 8-10 minutes of warm-up on medium to medium high heat.

Functional- heats up quickly- cleans like a dream- made the best stir fry and looks great sitting on the stove top. Will be using it more and more. Kust what I wanted!

I received this woc today, it is absolutely the best woc I have ever used, cooks evenly also cooking in enamel makes the food look and taste like it should, "perfection". This is one great quality enamel cast iron. I just love it.
