Delicious mouth watering dessert 1 hour refrigirate 8-12 Ingredients 1 1/2 mascarpone cheesebig container 1 cup sugar 3 eggs 1 tbs. vanilla 1-2 tbs. brandi 1 bag lady fingers 2 cups fresh coffe Directions beat the eggs with the suggar for 10 min add 1 tb. mascarpone cheese and keep on mixing it at low power. Keep on adding 1 tb of mascarpone cheese until the mixture becomes firm. make sure you beat one by one tb. of cheese and at low power. at the end add the vanilla and the brandy by folding it in. in a bowl add the fresh made coffe and open your bags of lady fingers. dip the lady fingers for 1 sec in the coffe and place them in the pan. when the bottom of the pan is covered pour one layer of the cream and continue with placing the rest of the lady fingers in the opposite dirrection in top of the cream and pour the rest of the cream. let it sit for 10 min and then refrigirate for another 1 hour. then you can eat it.
