when i received this oven i was thrilled.i had been looking for a toaster oven locally and could not find anything i liked i saw this one the fact that it was also a convection oven was a plus.it worked great for the first week and now the timer does not work any more.....also the racks do not stay in place when they are pulled out....what ever you have on the rack slides off.....i am very disappointed and have to start my search over.. and i have to lug this huge box to ups to have it sent back
