this line of pans is everything that they say on tv. you cook and then you clean. i wait for it to cool off and then clean it with a paper towl, it comes out clean. i of course wash it after that but i get such a kick out of cleaning it with a paper towel first.

My mother had bought 1 pan first (too fry eggs) i had bought her a pan from a company that has house parties and you can get pans and stones from (starts with a P)" and she used it only for eggs, well she saw a small pan and ordered it, well that was that, i know have about 6 different sizes as well as my mother, it is truly really a great pan. the key i believe to this is to cook on a medium flame and not high and your clean up is terrific.

I love the GreenPans.
This large pan is go great. How many times have your run out of space in a 11 or 12 inch pan. Lots of room and a great pan.

after following all the first time use instructions, this pan has not held up to any of the products features or my expectations. The center is warped and everything i cook sticks to the pan, I will never buy anything from his line of cookware again. I feel I have been decieved about this product..

I love this pan. It is great for clean up and I feel good about the reduced risk of issues from the non-stick surface.

I will say that I regret that it has no lid. I have nothing that will fit it and a few of my recipes require a lid.

I also wish it were just a hair smaller. 13 inches or even 12 would have been sufficient.

I will keep my eye out for a similar pan that is smaller, with a lid.

i absolutely love this pan. I actually made a paella for new years and it came out delicious. but this pan has been re-named to my "upside pineapple cake pan." The cake comes out so beautyful, you will leave your guest wanting to take a picture of your cake rather than eating it. :)
