Basil Oil
Yields about: 1 ½ cups
Ingredients
1 small garlic clove, minced
1 cup fresh basil leaves
¾ cup vegetable oil
¼ cup olive oil
½ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Directions
  1. Place the garlic and basil in a food processor fitted with a steel blade and pulse until chopped.
  2. Add the oils, salt and pepper and process until smooth.
  3. Cover and refrigerate.
