Burgers OK but...  / Anonymous, IL 8/23/2009
The vacuum sealed packaging does not hold up. The meat in 8 of the packages have freezer burn. They must not have been sealed properly

Oh my gosh, just got these yesterday and cooked one up today. I am a health fanatic and do not eat much beef because of additives and fat. I ordered these based on the great reviews and have always been intrigued when I watched Tony. These are so delicious and juicy and quick to prepare. I love the low calories and low fat content. My burgers came within 2 days and while the dry ice was gone, the burgers was still frozen. I will truly enjoy these and will be ordering more when needed.

These are delicious. I am on my second order now. I have a cast iron grill, I heat it up, spray it with a little Pam, salt/pepper the pattie and place in it the grill(sometimes I use a little lite soy sauce instead of the salt and pepper). Two minutes on each side, no more, and they are delious. Do not overcook these and you will have a juicy, flavorful, lowfat burger.

We love these bison burgers. Fixed them for supper last night and one of our daughters was over and wrinkled her nose when I told her what I was fixing. Put the burger on a bun, with onions, ketcup and mustard and had her take a bite and even she loved them. My husband had open heart surgery n 2007 so I'm always looking for lean meat to fix. He is a meat and potatoes man and he loves these burgers. These are a winner!!!! I'll have to try to breakfast strips and sausage next.

I admit that I am very picky and it takes alot for me to write reviews, but----These burgers are the best. I generally buy steakburgers from another company, but I am a bison burger convert. My husband and I love the taste and I am happy about getting the protein without the fat! These are a winner--I just ordered again and felt obligated to write this review.
