Like them and Like them well done

I have cooked these to well-done in a pan, not on a grill, and they have turned out fine. They did shrink, but were not like hockey pucks. The flavor is good and we like that it''s lean and the color great, no brown or gray like the ground beef you get. No problems with shipping. Arrived frozen with some dry ice.

When this arrived, I was home to bring them inside quickly. The burgers were completely UNFROZEN, but still cool, and the juices had run out inside the plastic patty wrappers. Not a molecule of dry ice was evident. My hubby and I could not eat 20 burgers at once, so we tried a few that same night, didn''t chance re-freezing them, tossed out the rest, & rec''d a refund from HSN. Taste may have been better if the juices were still inside the pattie! Wish I had more positives to report.

Thank you Tony and HSN for carrying such a delicious and healthy burger - even if you aren''t a burger lover, this will make you one! They are SO tasty, better than beef in every way, and 1/4 lb is filling, because there is virtually NO fat! Great on the GF grill, but just don''t overcook them - delicious with a slice of cheddar cheese and whatever you like, and WHAT A TREAT! Just ordered the 40 pc combo to try the hot dogs, which also sound great! Would love these on Autoship please!
