i find these steaks to be tasty i fix to med. rare and are juicy and tender sweeter then beef but good none the less it is good to have a beef alternative can get tired of turkey, chicken, fish.

Our first try was a disappointment. Mine was "OK" but my husband's piece was all gristley. Not much flavor at all - maybe I'm cooking it wrong. Better learn 'cause we have to finish the shipment :(
