This is a spicy sweet & sour potroast, a real homecooked meal with a gourmet taste. It's so simple you can prepare it in minutes! 4-5 hrs/6-8hrs depending on setting 6 servings Ingredients 2-3lb rump roast 1 bottle of Iron Chef General Tso Chinese sauce 1 jar of beef gravy 1/2 C beef broth 1 bag of wide noodles Directions Add all ingredients to slow cooker Cook on high 4-5 hours or medium 6-8 hours. Remove from cooker and cool slightly. If gravy needs to be thickened, add 2 TBS of cornstarch to 1/4c water, stir and add to hot gravy. Meanwhile cook noodles as directed on pkg. Slice roast I like to slice the roast and put it back into slow cooker on warm till it's ready to serve. When noodles are done, drain and serve with slices of roast and oodles of spicy rich gravy.
