I love this wine opener. I have no problems with it. Just hold it straight over the bottle with one hand, hold the bottle with your other hand and push the botton that's it. It's easy, cool looking and fun. :)

We brought one for our home, the other one for my brother in Florida as a gift and both of us can't be happier with this wine opener. My brother even went to the beach one evening and He can believe how nice and easy wasto use it . Great gift, and ready for couple more to give as a gift for Christmas!!!…Great item so far.- We weren’t sure after we read the previous reviews, but ones again we are glad we pick it up.

It take two hands, one to hold the wine bottle steady on the table and the other to operate the wine opener. You put the opener straight over the bottle cork, push the up button and then wait till you feel the cork coming up. You can sort of feel it going down into the cork and then pulling it up. It takes seconds. Then press the down button and it will spit the cork out in perfect condition, which makes it easy to re-cork. Its easy, works exactly as shown, and kinda fun.

I received my wine opener and was very excited to use it.However I was very dissapointed with the use of it.And it does take more than 1 person to operate it.It is going back today.

The cordless opener might possibly operate as directed if you had three hands. It takes two hands to hold it perpendicular to
the bottle and another to keep the bottle from spinning around.
I fail to see how the person demonstrating it "pulled it off"
with only two.
I had an experienced bartender visiting and neither of us
could extract the cork more than half way from the three
bottles we tried.
Totally unsatisfactory product.
