They're not a 5-star product, but they work as advertised. Nothing in the presentation guarantees that all juices or fat with be retained inside the bag. Heck, almost anything can leak. That said, cleanup is minimal compared to what it is without the bag, meat browns beautifully, and the overall results are quite good. I will continue to use them until I run out. If they're still available, I'll order more. If not...oh well!
