This chiller is just poorly designed. It looks interesting but the offset design makes it too cumbersome to put into the freezer to chill. Then it takes up too much space to put onto the table during use and it is a nightmare when it comes to storing it. Back to the drawing board for this one.

Well, I am disappointed once again. I ordered this to hold onto until Christmas. Wrong. It had a ridge all around the bottom half and what appeared to be rust marks around the top rim. I can't believe that HSN continues with such poor quality. Is this what we are to expect when items are on sale?
