I LOVE this set. / Christine, IL6/25/2008 I''ve been using odds an ends in my Arizona home for 6 years we''ve had this place. I use Circulon at my primary home--I''m an everyday cook--meaning I cook lots of stuff every day. I threw alway all the junk and am using this exclusively at my 2nd home and love it. I have flat-top glass stove and this works perfectly--doesn''t warp, heats evenly and I made baked beans in the dutch even--started them stovetop and finished in the oven--wonderful product. I''m listing the recipe on the other page.
Not as good as shown on TV / Stacy, FL6/17/2008 I wasnt sure if I wanted this cookware or command performance. Well, needless to say,I should of waited for Jamie. Every pan I used so far, is leaving marks on it. I even boiled eggs, and that pan has marks. Today I cooked chicken in the big pan, and it stuck like a you know what. I followed his directions to the T. I pre heated the pan,the oil,added the chicken,the only thing his instruct didnt say, was that the food would stick.I dont think I will buy from wolfgang again.
