I have used these products since I got my bread maker,W/P, since they got them back in stock I am on auto ship, well, I do not have any luck with these products, half does not rise,very flimsy, not firm like when first came out. I have had to call HSN to get credit at some time, He used to say set machine on Basic now it is sweet, does not do good at all.

If anyone loves breads; well all I can say is this is the Best Bread mixes in the WORLD ! I have Wolfgang's bread machine and have baked these in it and my own recipes and the ones in the book too ! Just try them. While they're cooking you'll smell bread all through your house! And I haven't bought store bread since I got his machine & these breads. I Love everthing Wolfgang makes!!!! Hubby too!

I doubt I'll ever attempt making bread from scratch or using any other mix because it is a waste of time and money.
You will never ,ever make a loaf this high and brilliant without Pucks help.
