after using this press for 4 or 5 months the handle broke off! i tried to glue it but it broke again. i dont think it can stand the heat. without the handle it is virtually unusable.

I have had this press for over a month and use it every day. I use it with a cast iron pan. Rub a little oil onto press and pan. Heat pan with press in it, then add the steak,chops, chicken,bacon or whatever. It is great and I have had no trouble at all. It is easy to clean. Run it under hot water and wipe with a paper towel.

I bought this press and I love it. Used it daily. All of a sudden when I didnt use it for one day it started growing rust. Now I cant get rid of the rust and it is out of control. I dont use it anymore.
