This piece has worked out really well for me and the reviewers did not stear me wrong. I like the raised sides, thick bottom and the see through lid. Pot is well finished and cooks like a dream. Really brings out the flavor of the food and browns beautifully. I clean it with a little BarKeeper''s Friend if needed. Great pan! Thanks.

This is my first Stainless steel and Wolfgang Puck purchase and believe me wont be the last. For such a large pan it is very light and easy to work with. The clean up is fast and painless. Nothing has stuck to it yet. In my 40 some yrs of cooking i have never used stainless steel but i am a believer in it now. I

I resisted any type of cookware that was not non-stick for the past 20 years. Finally, I thought I''d try this Wolfgang pan. It''s awesome - food comes out much tastier than with non-stick and the clean up is a snap (really!!!).

This is my first piece of 18/10 stainless cookware and I am in LOVE! Watched the demos on TV-then tryed it. I've cooked steaks, hamburgers, and bacon. Food taste so much better. Food "sticks" some, but drain off the excess fat and pour in some water and let it boil--everything comes right off! There is a learning curve with stainless and you have to be patient with yourself. I suggest reading the reviews and watching several demos on TV. I am re-learning to cook (wish I had had this pan to begin with). Like the other reviewers have said: Heat the pan, pour in enough oil to coat the bottom and let that heat before putting food in. I even cooked scrambled eggs in it!! They were the best eggs I have had in years!! And, since they called it a Chicken Fryer I fryed chicken in it---My husband said that it was so good that he could eat enough to make himself sick! Try Wolfgang products you will not be sorry!

This piece came in a set I bought. I just decided to use it yesterday. I was impressed. Cooked excellent and no problem with the clean-up. I regret I hadn't used it earlier.
