I think this is a very good appliance to have. My mother does a lot of cooking and I bought her one for Christmas. She used it to make some cheese straws and it saved her a lot of time. It also was not hard on her hands. With a little more practice she will get the hang of it though.

Very disappointed. Do not waste your time or money. It is very difficult to put together and the first time I used it it broke. It is not durable at all. I have Wolfgang Puck's pots and rice cooker which are great and I love but this just doesn't measure up to the quality of his other products.

I am a huge Wolfgang Puck fan! I have so many of his items, pots and pans, rice cooker, electric skillet, electric griddle, pressure cooker, mixing bowls, pepper mills, just to name a few. So, when I saw the cookie press, I thought it had to be the BEST! But, it wasn't. I used it over the holidays and tried several different recipes. When I COULD get the dough to come out properly, it was great. but that was very rare. I even tried a recipe in the book that came with it, but I couldn't get those to come out at all. I gave 2 of the cookie presses away as gifts and one of the recipients told me they had the same problem. I really love the idea of this but it just doesn't work right! I was so disappointed. Wolfgang should have tested this one himself before he let them put his name on it. Nonetheless, I LOVE YOU Wolfgang!

Could not get it to work at all and made a mess attempting to try. Very disappointing since I bought several for gifts too and decided to return instead.
