moisture in the display panel / Pat

The design looks great but the display panels get so much moisture in them that they are unreadable and the grinder is very hard to keep clean as moisture seeps in and clogs the whole thing. I expected more from this product with the Wolfgang Puck endorsement and am very disappointed. I will be sending it back for a refund.

This coffeemaker is maddening!

The grinder is hard to keep clean, doesn''t grind properly and leaves clumps of wet half ground coffee in chamber after brewing. There is a loud beeper that starts as soon as you open the lid. It takes several minutes to get things set. The beep makes you want to throw it against the wall or shoot yourself. The filter is hard to get in and out and is so messy because of the half ground coffee. A waste of time and a waste of money. Obviously,this was not tested well before it was mass produced.

The timer and clock stopped working after the first time used. The coffee tasted great, but it was not worth keeping if the clock and timer didn''t work. we returned it right away.

I''ve had my coffee maker for a few weeks now, and for the price, I guess I expected more. There was nothing in the manual about the continuous beeping and inability to program if one of the covers was open. Nothing in the manual about what OPN2 or OPN1 means. The manual needs work. And the carafe is not big enough (only 7 cups), pours to slowly, and does not pour without making a mess when filling the reservoir. This product does need some work.

Great Taste, Easy to Use / Linda, OK

I have used this a few times since it arrived. Coffee comes out with a smooth taste. I did not have any problems getting the parts back in place or with the grinder messing up. I went step by step with the directions. It is easy to program, yesterday coffee was ready when I woke up at 5 a.m. The only thing I would change is have the ability to turn the beeping sound off when the lid is open, although I can live with the sound. It has a very nice design and it looks very nice on the counter.
