We love all of the different plates. We use this item almost everyday. We make pizza pockets, eggs, quick pies, mini corndogs...our grandchildren love to come over and have all the different things we cook.

OH, HAD WAFFLES FOR SUPPER THE DAY AFTER WE RECIEVED THIS AND THEY WERE WONDERFUL! CAN'T WAIT TO TRY ALL THE ADDITIONAL PLATES I GOT TO GO WITH IT!!!

I'm officially on my 3rd one...My first one "died" after about 15 uses and 2nd one like 8 uses..wrote Debra and she said new model was out because the senor was getting wet or something...they did send me a brand new one with more attachments..keeping fingers crossed because when it works, I really, really like it. I would call WP back and tell them that there was a problem with it shorting out and keep bugging them if they don't listen..I'm sure they'll understand and take care of you properly

MY WAFFLE BAKER IS SLIGHTLY OVER 1 YEAR OLD, THEREFORE OUT OF WARRANTY. IT SIMPLY QUIT. THE FIRST MONTH AFTER PURCHASE, IT WAS USED FREQUENTLY, BUT SINCE THAT TIME IT'S ONLY BEEN USED ABOUT ONCE A MONTH. AFTER CALLING W.P.'S CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY SAID SORRY, YOU'LL HAVE TO BUY ANOTHER UNIT. YOU KIDDING? AFTER SPENDING APPROXIMATELY $130 FOR A 13 MONTH OLD ITEM, I DON'T THINK SO. I SURE HOPE MY PRESSURE COOKER DOESN'T DIE TOO. PRETTY BAD THAT THEY COULDN'T EVEN RECOMMEND A REPAIR OPTION.

Very disappointed that the swivel waffle baker doesn't seem to be sold any more. I have had mine since it was a daily special a long time ago (2 years maybe??). Works absolutely great -- I LOVE IT. I have the accessory plates but haven't used them yet. Just the waffle baker itself. Makes great waffles. Hopefully Wolfgang is working on a updated model as I would like to have a backup. Although mine is working great it gets a lot of use.
