A healthy alternative to the traditional Ceasar Salad. 0 minutes 10 generous Ingredients 1 Cup of Hellmann’s mayonnaise ½ Cup Egg Beaters 1 Cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons of water 2 tablespoons of olive oil Juice from ½ of a fresh lemon 3 tablespoons of anchovy paste 2 cloves of fresh pressed garlic 2 teaspoons of sugar ½ teaspoon of ground pepper ¼ teaspoon of salt ¼ teaspoon of dried parsley – crushed. 4 heads of freshly cut and washed Romaine lettuce Favorite croutons Directions Chop the Parmesan cheese cheese in Wolfgang's blender. Combine 1/2 Cup of Parmesan Cheese with all of the ingredients in blender, set aside for a few minutes to rest. Once you are ready to serve, arrange lettuce and croutons in salad bowl, pour over the salad dressing and once incorporated, cascade the remaining Parmesan cheese over the top of the salad.
