2 cans Tuna Packed in Water
1 onion
2 8oz packages cream cheese
Hot Sauce
Cayenne Pepper

Directions
1. Drain water from tuna - suggestion use strainer
2. Chop onion
3. Use a fork or potato masher to blend tuna and cream
cheese in a bowl
4. Add chopped onion
5. Dash in several dashes of Hot Sauce
6. Add Cayenne Pepper according to desired hotness
